1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CSGO Skins (the "Site"), a demonstration CS2 and CSGO case opening platform. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or opening any case, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

CSGO Skins is a fictional demo project created for illustrative purposes only. It is not a real gambling operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike. All names, cases, and skins referenced are used for demonstration only.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Site or participate in CSGO case opening or case battles. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Access to case opening features may be prohibited or restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with the laws applicable to you. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to any user or region.

3. Accounts & Security

To access certain features you may authenticate through a third-party provider such as Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. One person may not maintain multiple accounts, and accounts are non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Virtual Items

Any balances, coins, or virtual items shown on the Site are demonstration values only and hold no real-world monetary value. In this demo environment no genuine payment is processed and no real funds are collected.

Virtual items, including cs2 skins displayed as case rewards, are licensed to you for use within the Site experience and are not sold to you. We may adjust, remove, or reset virtual balances and inventories at any time without notice.

5. Case Opening & Provably Fair

CSGO case opening and case battles on the Site are intended to demonstrate a provably fair mechanism. Each outcome is derived from a combination of a server seed and a client seed so that results can, in principle, be independently verified and cannot be manipulated after the fact.

Displayed drop probabilities are illustrative. Because this is a demo, outcomes are simulated and do not entitle you to any real cs2 skins, currency, or prize. We make no representation that any outcome reflects a live commercial system.

6. Withdrawals of CS2 Skins

References to withdrawing CS2 skins to your Steam inventory are part of the demonstration and do not result in any actual transfer of items. No real skins, trades, or deliveries are performed through this Site.

In a live environment, withdrawals would be subject to verification, availability, and applicable trade restrictions. For this demo, all such flows are simulated and any "pending" or "completed" status shown is purely cosmetic.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to engage in fraud, money laundering, exploitation of bugs, use of bots or automated scripts, unauthorized access to other accounts, or any activity that violates applicable law.

You further agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its provably fair systems. We may suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because CSGO Skins is a demonstration project, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CSGO Skins or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including any reliance on simulated outcomes, balances, or skin values.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.
